The Team

Who are we?

We are a highly energetic, positive, and expert team who are part of the modern green tech movement.

We help organisations use strategy, leadership, and management best practice to both accelerate their move to carbon zero and take their employees, suppliers, and customers with them.

We have a great deal of senior executive experience and are happy to work directly with the C Suite, CSOs, CTOs, and Engineering leaders to bridge the gap in understanding between businesses and their employees, suppliers, and customers about what merely feels green and what's actually scaleable and effective.

Anne Currie

Anne has been a passionate leader in green tech for many years.

She is community co-chair of the Green Software Foundation as well as lead of the GSF's Green Software Maturity Matrix project. In addition, she is co-author of O'Reilly's new book on the actions the tech industry needs to take to handle the energy transition, "Building Green Software".

She has long experience as an engineer, senior manager, startup founder, organiser, activist, and consultant.

She regularly collaborates, writes, speaks and podcasts on green software and modern software architectures for publications including The Register, Forbes, The New Stack, and InfoQ. She is involved in the organisation of tech conferences such as QCon, which now features a green software track, and has been speaking on the subject of futureproof and sustainable systems for many years.

Anne gets things started and moving.

(She is also the published science fiction author of the 8 novels in the Panopticon series. In addition,  Anne has multiple sclerosis, which, like the energy transition, is something that needs to be adapted to).
